	At Overdale we do everything in our power to ensure all residents remain as active as possible.
	We pride ourselves in providing maximum stimulus to all our residents whether it be physical, mental or ideally a combination of both. Our main ethos at Overdale is providing a positive and happy atmosphere. We find the best way in achieving this is through a stimulating timetable of activities and events.

Residents are encouraged to make and receive visits with family and friends. Where practical residents are encouraged to maintain any social activities they had prior to staying with us, as well as joining in any new ones.

Inside the home, entertainment and activities regulary take place
throughout the year and outings are arranged. We also encourage all our residents to stay fit by attending our weekly fitness instruction.
